Trehanoo House Reviews

The most wonderful home from home!

The house is warm, welcoming and well kitted out with everything you need. The kitchen is big enough for everyone to eat together very comfortably. The outside decking and patio are also lovely places to eat or just sit and relax.

The location is brilliant – from the house you can walk down the hill to Polzeath beach with its shops, bars and cafés. You can also walk out to the coastal path from where you can walk to Polzeath, Greenaway, Daymer Bay and Rock. Walking is easy along the coastal path, and several beaches are dog friendly all year round. The options to explore by car are many and varied.

The house is really practical for life by the sea – the outside shower and wetsuit racks make it easy to manage coming back from the beach. There is a washing machine and dryer if needed, large comfy sofas to relax on after a day in the surf, and some lovely artwork to enjoy too.

The host is very responsive, kind and helpful. The house is always clean and in good condition. We can’t wait to go back!

Great stay at Trehanoo

Great stay at Trehanoo for our family of 5.  Superb location, super comfy warm house with good showers and lots of hot water which was just what we wanted for surfing in Easter time.

Trehanoo Annexe Reviews
Clean, cosy, comfortable. Will definitely return

We stayed in the annexe in June 2018.  It was just lovely.  A lovely welcome to fresh flowers and a bottle of wine in a clean and comfortable little house.  The annexe is close to the beaches and coast path. We love the area and will be making Trehanoo our go to place from now on. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Fantastic little house in Polzeath

We stayed at the Trehanoo Annexe for 2 weeks with our 5 month old baby and enjoyed our stay immensely. It's very close to the coastal path where you can get to Polzeath Beach or Daymer beach which is closer to the Estuary. The walks around the coast are lovely. You can also walk to Polzeath beach along a more direct route in 5 mins. The annexe itself was very cosy and had all the facilities and was very tidy inside. The garden area just to the side of the annexe (which isn't in the pictures) is very quiet and secluded and great for relaxing. Will definitely stay again when we return to Polzeath!
