Area: Whilst at Trehanoo you could holiday for the week and never get in your car. Trehanoo is a 7 minute walk to Polzeath beach and the same to the coast path. From the coast path you can either walk the pretty way to the surfing beach of Polzeath, or head towards Greenaway (a 10 minutes walk), Daymer (a 15 minute walk) or Rock (a 45 minute walk). If you want to walk further afield you can walk the coast path across Polzeath Beach and along to Pentire head, then carry on to the Rumps, Lundy Bay, Port Quin and onto Port Isaac.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Trehanoo house and completely separate annexe are situated in Polzeath on the beautiful North Cornwall coast. It is the perfect accommodation and location to enjoy this famous holiday area. They are available separately or together. The house and annexe are on separate plots so are neighbours, they each have their own entrance, parking and garden with a garden gate between the two.
House Accommodation: Trehanoo house accommodates 8 people in 4 comfortable bedrooms with a large dining kitchen and sitting room with 2 big sofas. It has a good sized family bathroom upstairs, a great shower wet room downstairs, both with heated towel rails, and an outdoor hot shower with a stainless steel rack for hanging out wetsuits to dry.
House Garden: It is set in a large garden with beautiful rural views of St Minver and lowlands in the foreground and the Bodmin moor peaks of Roughtor and Brown Willy in the distance. The lawned garden incorporates a terrace with loungers and raised decking off the kitchen with teak dining table and chairs.
House Parking: parking space for 4 cars.

Annexe accommodation: Trehanoo annexe accommodates 4 in beds, with a sofa bed making 5 possible. It is small but has everything you need. A 4ft double bed in the main bedroom and bunk beds in the second bedroom. It has a sociable open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room and a bathroom with electric shower over a short bath and heated towel rail.

Annexe Garden: a private lawned area alongside the annexe cottage (not shown in the photo) as well as a outdoor seating area with teak furniture. It has it’s own separate entrance drive
