A comfortable family house in Polzeath sleeping 8 comfortably in 4 bedrooms,  a large kitchen/dining room with a social round dining table seating 8 and a sitting room with two big comfy sofas, an armchair and a carver.

 

A large lawned garden, with lovely views over St Minver Lowlands,  a sunny deck off the kitchen,  a large terrace and only a 7 minute walk to Polzeath beach.  There are 3 other beaches within comfortable  walking distance too.​

"I have had the pleasure of staying at Trehanoo House in Polzeath for several years now, first with my parents and now with my own family.  I must say, it has been an absolute delight each time.  

 

One of the standout features of Trehanoo House is its warm and comfortable atmosphere. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with a sense of coziness that instantly makes you feel at home, it is a truly inviting space to relax and unwind.

 

Another highlight of Trehanoo House is its fantastic location. Situated in Polzeath, it offers easy access to the stunning coastline and breathtaking views.

 

What sets Trehanoo House apart, however, is the exceptional care and dedication of the owner, Kate.  She is incredibly responsive and goes above and beyond to ensure that your experience is nothing short of exceptional. Her genuine concern for the comfort and satisfaction of her guests is evident in every interaction.  It is truly refreshing to encounter such a caring and attentive host.

 

I highly recommend Trehanoo House in Polzeath for anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay and will continue to visit."

  • Large comfortable sitting room - Open fire, 2 sofas, armchair, carver & pouffe

  • Kitchen/ Diner: Large well equipped kitchen with fan oven and American style fridge/freezer .   Dining area with 5ft round table and 8 chairs.

  • Shower Wet room with loo and heated towel rail downstairs.

  • 1 larger twin - divan beds that can be pushed together

  • 1 smaller twin

  • Decking off the kitchen with teak table and  8 chairs - morning sun trap

  • Utility Room - Washing machine, Dryer and 2nd fridge

  • Separate loo

   Upstairs:​

  • Double bedroom with 5ft bed with 2 windws, Velux window seat with views and a basin unit

  • Twin bedroom with Velux window seat with views and a basin unit

  • Family bathroom with electric shower over bath and a  heated towel rail

 

   Outside:​

  • Hot outdoor shower, perfect to wash and peel off wetsuits

  • Stainless steel wetsuit and boot rack to dry them on

  • Lawned garden

  • Terrace with loungers, tables and chairs

  • Deck off the kitchen with table and chairs for 8 - perfect for alfresco dining

  • Lovely rural views over St Minver Lowlands to the Roughtor and Brown Willy moors beyond.
